What Wigs Can Be Exchanged?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Only eligible wigs can be exchanged. (Wigs with damaged packaging, worn or damaged items, clearance products, or custom orders are not eligible for exchange.)
How to Exchange the Wig?
Wigs with uncut and intact lace are generally eligible for exchange. However, our Customer Service Representative (CSR) will verify the wig's condition and eligibility. To initiate an exchange, email us at eurostylewigs@gmail.com and follow CSR's instructions. We are not responsible for any loss during the process.
Important Notes:
1. Customers are entitled to one free exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Any price difference for the exchanged wig must be covered by the customer.
2. Exchanges requested after 7 days but within 30 days will incur a 10% handling fee. Exchanges beyond 30 days are not accepted.
3. Products must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving exchange authorization. After 7 days, we will assume the product is satisfactory, and no exchange will be processed.
4. For self-returned or self-exchanged items, our customer service reserves the right to refuse the request.

1. Store Credit: Return your item for store credit to use on future orders. No handling fee will be charged.
2. Refund: A 10% handling fee will apply for returns requested within 30 days. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Note that your bank may delay the refund processing time.

3. Provide the tracking number for the returned package within 7 days of receiving the return address from CSR. After 7 days, we will assume the product is satisfactory, and no return will be processed.
4. Once the handling fee is deducted and the tracking number is provided, any remaining balance will be refunded to your PayPal account.
5. For self-returned or self-exchanged items, our customer service reserves the right to refuse the request.
Repackaging Instructions
Repackage the item(s) in their original manufacturer packaging and include the completed Return Form (clearly state your order number and reason for return).
Note:
We provide a complimentary wig cap in each shipment for hygienic try-on purposes. This helps maintain the product's eligibility for return. You do not need to return the wig cap if you decide to return the wig.
Products received by EUROstyleWigs.com that do not meet return criteria will be returned to you at your expense.
