The hair swatch can be your natural hair which is taken from the section that you wish to match. Or it can be a used hair piece in a color that you adore. Tape your hair swatch to a plain, unlined white sheet of paper. Write your name, phone number, email address and order number along with the wig style(s) you are ordering.

When you place your online order, select "Sending Hair Swatch" for your color selection. Send us your hair swatch via regular mail with your order number. We will hold your order until we receive the hair swatch and contact you to discuss your options.

We will help you choose the best color based on the picture you send us, but please be sure to select the "send a picture" at the color option. We will contact you when we receive your photo(s) and we will work with you until you are comfortable with our recommendations. If you want to match your natural hair color, it is best to include more than one photograph of yourself taken under different lighting conditions for comparison.
BORROW OR PURCHASE COLORS RINGS
Borrow or purchase color rings right from Eurostylewigs.com. If you would like to borrow the color ring from us, please ship it back to us within 10 business days (based on delivery date to your address from online tracking information). When we confirm the color ring back in good condition we will refund you for the cost of the color ring.
