Return product eligibility

Eurostylewigs.com gladly accepts returns and/or exchanges of all eligible products.

Eligible Products:

> Eligible wigs are wigs that have the lace fully intact and uncut, no damage or change to the hair or unit, have not been washed, no hair cut, no hair dye used, no alterations in any way whatsoever, etc. > Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order. Ineligible Products: > Worn or containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product, Damaged Packaging or Product, Discontinued, Closeout, Last Call items. > Ineligible products received by Eurostylewigs.com will be returned to you at your cost.

NOTE: For hygienic purposes, we provide a wig cap with each shipment that is to be used when trying on the wig. This helps to maintain the product's eligibility for return. Use it with our compliments. You needn't return it to us in the event you return any wigs.
