Order processing

Orders are captured in our system within 2 hours of order placement. Any changes to an order must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Custom orders take longer (45-50 business days). Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
